Phil grew up with German Shepherd dogs and Akitas. Phil and Cindy started in Shibas in early 2005. They show in both conformation and Rally. Their first dog, CH Asahannas Teddy Gram Of Tengai CGC, RN received a National Specialty Award Of Merit at the Morris and Essex Kennel Club show in 2005, which was a great thrill and honor.
Tengai Shibas occasionally has puppies available to approved homes.
